Sanctuary Sound Healing
A gently held group sound experience designed to help you slow down, settle, and rest in the spaciousness of sound.

How sound healing fits into the whole...
Sanctuary Sound Healing is one doorway into the Sol Sanctuary experience.
Through crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments, sound creates a shared space for stillness, deep rest, and simply receiving.
Some people begin here when they feel overstimulated, mentally full, or in need of a pause. Others pair sound healing with restorative yoga or meditation as part of an ongoing rhythm of care.
There’s no right place to start—only what feels supportive right now.

A place where you don’t have to do anything at all.

FAQs
01
Do I need any experience with sound healing?
Not at all. No previous experience with sound healing, meditation, or yoga is needed.
03
What if I have trouble quieting my mind?
That’s completely welcome. You don’t need to stop your thoughts or reach a particular state. The sound simply gives your attention somewhere gentle to rest.
02
What am I supposed to do during the session?
Very little. Get comfortable, listen, breathe, rest, and allow yourself to receive the experience in your own way.
