Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice

You may choose to receive a refund or reschedule your booking, subject to availability.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Because our classes and group experiences are intentionally small, a late cancellation often means another guest no longer has the opportunity to reserve that space.

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend their scheduled class, session, or workshop without prior notice will not receive a refund.
