AN INVITATION TO LISTEN WITHIN
What becomes possible when the noise grows quiet?
Join us at Sol Sanctuary for an intimate day of sound, creativity, movement, and connection on the beautiful Northern California coast.

We’ll begin by turning inward through guided meditation and the resonant vibration of crystal singing bowls—creating space for the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the noise of everyday life to quiet.

From that more spacious place, we’ll move into a playful creative process using collage, color, movement, and embodiment as ways of listening to and expressing what is already within us.

This is a day to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for what wants to emerge.
THE JOURNEY
From stillness to expression
One experience unfolding in four movements.
01
SETTLE
Begin with guided meditation and time to arrive fully—in the space, in your body, and in the present moment.
02
LISTEN
Rest into the vibration of crystal singing bowls as Tiffany guides a restorative sound experience supporting relaxation, energetic balance, and inner awareness.
03
CREATE
From this quieter place, Amara guides a playful exploration of collage, imagery, and color. No artistic experience is needed—only curiosity.
04
EMBODY
Through gentle movement and embodiment, explore what has emerged and deepen your connection to intuition beyond the thinking mind.

Quiet the noise.
Listen inward.
Create from what you hear.
